How old should I be to take an assessment?
Assessment tools and inventories are intended to be used for those who are 14 years or older. They are written at a 7th - 9th grade reading comprehension level. We provide assessments and post-counseling services for Juniors in HS preparing for college & direction, Juniors in college preparing for job interviews & direction or adults looking for career performance & direction.

How can a personality test help me understand myself and others better?
When you receive your results, you will learn that there are many different ways to interact with others, to make decisions and how you approach situations. Learning more about yourself and your preferences will give you increased understanding about your friends and co-workers which can help improve your interpersonal relationships.
